Turnaround Time & Custom Orders
At CreationsByAddiCat, every item is handmade and personalized specifically to your request. Because each order is custom-created with care and attention to detail, our standard turnaround time is up to 2 weeks from the date your order is placed.

- All products are made to order and customized to your specifications.
- Turnaround times begin once all order details have been confirmed.
- Rush orders are subject to availability.
- Shipping times are separate from production turnaround times.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All custom orders have a standard turnaround time of 5-7 business days (baby boxes are up to 2 weeks) from the date your order details are finalized and payment is received.
What is a rush order?
A rush order allows your item to be prioritized and completed in less than the standard turnaround time. Rush orders are subject to availability.
How much is the rush fee?
The rush fee is $40 per order and will be added to your total before payment is processed.
Can all items be rushed?
Not always. Rush order availability depends on our current workload and the complexity of your custom request.
When does the turnaround time begin?
Turnaround time begins once all customization details have been confirmed and payment has been received.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Changes may be possible if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any requested changes.
Will I receive updates on my order?
Yes! We will communicate with you throughout the process and notify you when your order has been completed and shipped or is ready for pickup.
Are all items personalized?
Yes! Every item is custom-made according to your specifications, making each creation unique.
Does the turnaround time include shipping?
No. Turnaround time refers to the time needed to create your order. Shipping and delivery times are separate and depend on the carrier.
Can I cancel my order?
Because all items are personalized and made specifically for each customer, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
What if I need my order by a specific date?
Please allow adequate time for your order to be processed, fulfill, and shipped. Most ordered are processed within 2-3 days of purchase.
Do you accept bulk or event orders?
Yes! We welcome bulk orders for parties, events, businesses, and special occasions. Please contact us early, as larger orders may require additional production time.
